THE NEED
The Church Needs Rooted, Disciplemaking Leaders
Churches and ministries need mature, disciplemaking leaders. Emerging leaders need intentional formation, meaningful ministry experience, and trusted guidance.
Many people desire to serve Christ but lack an integrated environment where spiritual formation, practical ministry, biblical learning, mentoring, and discernment happen together.
At the same time, churches and ministries may have potential leaders and meaningful opportunities to serve, but not the time, staffing, or structure needed to develop them intentionally.
Roots Communities exists to help bring these needs together.
